*Open 7 days; We remain open Mon - Sat from 9am to 5pm, any changes will be announced in our social media. Sundays just with bookings in advance, in case of not having any we have the option to remain close for the day. Bank holidays are most likely to be closed.
*Free parking; Customers does not need to pay parking while getting their vehicle serviced. Once the time of the service has concluded each customer is responsible for any extra time spent on the car park. Please note that parking in our bays does not mean automatic free parking. Clamping is on operation 24/7 and we are not responsible for any action taken by the company in charge of the car park (fines, clamps, relocation, etc.).
This car valet is not suitable for campervans, working vans or trailers (any vehicle over 2m).
Warning; Slip & trip hazard in valet bays. High pressure wash equipment.
Customer is required to leave the vehicle keys with the valetor in turn, refusing to do so opens the opportunity of not getting the vehicle serviced.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and for any reason. This might apply before, while or after the service is done.
CCTV in operation 24/7.
Any situation out of our hands will be directed to the convenient local authorities (fire department, ambulance, Gardaí, etc.).
Guaranty.
Our services are focused on daily drive vehicles, from small cars to SUV’s. We offer guaranty on Full Valets when paid on full (including extras such as pet hair removal or soft top roof, if needed). Before handing keys and receiving payment from customer, a quick inspection to the vehicle is offered to the customer to ensure satisfaction with the service. Please note that some specific stains might be visible after drying or in direct sunlight, if so, we’ll service that particular area again free of charge and this should be claimed maximum 24hrs from delivering the keys to the customer.
We DO NOT offer guaranty in the following;
Working vehicles. Slime or bubble-gum stick to carpet or upholstery. Sensors or any dashboard light indicating malfunction. Headliner. Engine bay. Seatbelts. ANY kind of paint inside our outside the vehicle. Tree sap removal. Existing or new scratch, fingerprints, bird drops removal (or any kind of paint correction, heavy or light). Mould removal.
We limit ourselves to deliver the best result possible without endangering or compromising the actual condition of the vehicle, this applies to; Tar removal on specific parts or components in the vehicle, such as plastic trims, headlights, etc. Leather care, were different kind of material, color and condition are to be considered.
Price & timing.
We’ve designed our pricelist based on our experience and expertise according to the customers needs. Prices and times are to be taken as a reference. Condition and size of the vehicle are to be considered on arrival. Service upgrade, extra time or add-ons might be recommended by the valetor in turn before or while the vehicle is being serviced. We do not require a deposit or previous full payment in our guarantied services. Non-refund policy applies as both parties should be satisfied with the service before making payment and delivering keys.
Any specific job outside the guaranteed section, if it’s in our possibilities (time & skills regarding), might be quoted with the worker in turn.
Gift Vouchers & Giveaways
Valid 1 year from date of purchase/winning.
Voucher not accumulative, either with another voucher or any other active discount such as seasonal promotions, social media discount codes, etc.
Book in advance required (subject to availability).
Voucher must be handed, redeemed or mentioned before the service start, failing to do so service will be charged normally.
Discount applicable for all services, excluding exterior wash
Gift vouchers are transferable, giveaway prices on the other hand are not.
Vouchers can be used to upgrade services.
This can be redeemed once.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our car valet services, including bookings made through our website, app, or in-person. The services provided are subject to availability and the terms outlined in this agreement. Payment must be made in full at the end of the service. We accept cash, card (master and visa), tap and transfer. We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our possession. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, theft, or vandalism. We carry insurance that covers our liabilities while your vehicle is in our care. Any claims must be reported to us immediately and within 24 hours of the incident.
